SEALCOATING
Sealcoating provides a protective layer of sealant to the surface of asphalt. This coating acts as a barrier between the asphalt and factors that cause damage such as water, oil, UV rays, chemicals and daily wear from traffic. Sealcoating has been shown to significantly extend the life of asphalt pavement. In addition, sealcoating restores the appearance of asphalt, providing a fresh, rich black color.
CRACK FILLING

Regular crack filling has been shown to be one of the most cost-effective preservation treatments and should be a part of any pavement preservation program.
